How to pay with crypto?

Paying with crypto is easier than it first appears.

First step: Acquire crypto

You can use a credit card or bank transfer.

There are multiple methods to acquire cryptos:

To purchase cryptos by this methods you need to complete an identity verification process.

Second step: Select your preferred crypto in the checkout page. Then it will show up a wallet address and the number of funds that you have to send. Please send the exact amount. The payment will be automatically confirmed once the funds arrive to the address.

Please take in consideration the fees when sending the payment.

Also, it is recommended to not directly send the cryptos from the exchange and instead send it to a private wallet first, such as Cake Wallet.

What are the payment methods?

Our preferred payment method are crypto payments, such as Bitcoin, Litecoin, Monero, Ethereum, USDT (ERC20) and USDC (ERC20).

Bank transfers are also available as a payment option.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most of the EU countries with some exceptions; we don’t ship to Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway, Sweden), Finland and Estonia, or to special territories of members of the EU (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla…)

What is the minimum order?

Order minimum is 200€ excluding shipping cost.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is 15€ to any country in the EU

What is the shipping time?

Usually we ship the order 24-48 hours after the payment has been received, but in periods of high demand it may take a bit longer.

After courier received the parcel shipping time is usually like this:

  • Spain 1-2 days
  • Western and Central Europe 2-5 days
  • Northern and Eastern Europe 5-10 days

Counting working days only, not weekends or holidays.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 days please contact us via email.

When will I receive the tracking?

Order confirmation and tracking gets send automatically, although some mail providers block this type of emails or mark it as spam, if you didn’t receive any email with the tracking in a span of 24-48 hours after you paid your order, please send me an email to: [email protected] and I will send it to you manually.

The tracking shows that the shipping is annulled, cancelled or doesn't exist

Sometimes the tracking shows that the shipping has been canceled or annulled, just ignore it, it’s a default info, it means that it hasn’t been dispatched yet, it will update showing the correct status as soon as the parcel is in transit.

What if my order is lost or seized?

If your order is lost or seized we offer a reshipment once for free.

We don’t offer reshipments if the parcel gets returned because the client didn’t pick it up. 

When will you have (x) product?

We have the intention to increase our products offer depending on the demand, if you have any suggestion feel free to contact us.

What solvents are used in injectable oils?

All injectables are made with MCT oil, and only contain Benzyl Alcohol and Benzyl Benzoate, no Ethyl Oleate or Guaiacol is used in any product.
